At the A.C.T. Leadership Experience, participants will spend their days actively engaged in a collaborative exploration of the five components that make up the A.C.T. Leadership Model. Investigate various approaches to leadership, learn when and how to implement them, and zero in on specific areas for improvement.
To paraphrase one of the more common leadership paradigms, leaders are characterized by the tasks they undertake. We hold that there is more than one way to lead and that everyone can be a leader in the new A.C.T. leadership paradigm. The A.C.T. Leadership Model is different, and this experiential workshop will take participants through all five dimensions. To be more adaptable, effective, and ready to bring your best self to any situation, you'll gain insight into a variety of leadership styles and how they can facilitate communication through a shared language.
